Design Power's technical support is effective and unique. As PlantWise is part of the solution for shortened design cycles, we pride ourselves in a 24 hour turn-around so as not to contribute to the time crunch.
The rapid turn-around is made possible by PlantWise's small model data filesize. The clients model definition files are e-mailed to Design Power where the model is re-created. Using the client's problem description, the Technical Support team uses the model to quickly formulate the correct advice, usually within a few hours. If the user has a request for enhanced functionality or has found a software problem the Development team can generally e-mail back a system patch within a day. PlantWise then automatically installs patches loaded into its patch repository.
